MASTER PLAN OVERVIEW: The public and commercial uses are organized along an axis running in north-southern direction. In the north, there is a public amenities cluster with the secondary school and the community center, which could also include the initial health care facility for the Centrale. West of the school, is the hospital and emergency services police and fire brigade -which are located on the ground floor of the hospital’s multistory parking garage. Mixed-use buildings with shops, cafes, restaurants and services on the ground floor are framing the pedestrianized public space in the village center, which continues down the hill and connects to the Marina Village.
